If you look closely, Kang Min Hyuk actually has a round shaped face.  And it somehow fits him perfectly with this kind of long hairstyle, covering up one eye. This is definitely really stylish for an Indie Band drummer like him! :)

CNBLUE Lee Jong Hyun's stylish hair

Born on May 15, 1990, Lee Jong Hyun is another guitarist in the popular South Korean boy band, CNBLUE, with Leader Jung Yong Hwa.

Born with an oval shaped face, Lee Jong Hyun occasionally has really short,  yet thick hair. But you could tell his hair dresser really put a lot of effort to trim up his fringes to have distinct layers.

Wow, look at his hairstyle at his first debut~ It's super thick and wavy length.. This kind of hair quality requires a full treatment of perm and hair wax.

Even his usual hairstyles outside of dramas is like this one above. His has his hair bangs go all the way to his upper jaws.

Taeyang's haircut: Sloppiest haircut of all time!

It has been almost a decade since Korean singer Taeyang has cut his hair. Most Taeyang fans will most likely agree with me. As a big fan of Taeyang, it seems pretty disappointing how Taeyang is pretty slack with his hairstyles.
Although Taeyang possesses one of those unique square shaped faces, he is always seen in his "official" haircut: the extremely short onion haircut.
"Onion" haircut as in: shaving 95% of your head, leaving the front 5% of the top forehead with a traditional "fohawk".
However, one aspect Taeyang's haircut is good for is having the impression of clean and lean.

Now, back to the actual reviewing of the onion haircut:

In the current Kpop industry, most guys often wear the popular medium haircut with bangs. This makes Taeyang's haircut fairly unique and classy. However.... It's called sloppy as soon as the Kpop idol wears the same haircut for over 5 years. I mean, it will be nice to have Taeyang having a Kim Bum hairstyle sometime.. Not only does Taeyang's haircut look like it was quickly shaved in 5 minutes, without any effort, but it also reflects on his style as well. It gives an impression that the onion hair was never polished up at all.

To be frank, Taeyang's haircut:

Lacks style (considering the amount of time he has had this haircut)
This is going towards a 6/10 for style
10/10 for maintainability (You don't even need to maintain it!)
5/10 for the short length (there's not much thickness and length to his hair, it's heading towards bald)

To conclude, Taeyang's hairstyle is pretty nice overall, as long as you don't put on this hairstyle for years in a row.

The 2AM Seulong's sharp haircut

Hottest member of the Kpop boy group, Seulong Im, who specializes in the vocal part of the group. Today we will be reviewing his unique haircut.
Clearly, Seulong's hairstyle looks like another ordinary short haircut, but look closely. You see it is nicely trimmed up so that it's actually weighing on the heavy, thick side.
His fringes and sides are actually folding downward toward his skin. That means it's relatively thick. This kind of haircut is hard to maintain especially one would have to get it trimmed up precisely, not to make it look too bushy.
Notice how Seulong's face shape is falling onto the triangle shaped category. Seulong is doing rather a great job of balancing out his facial features, especially his face shape.
Clearly, this IS Seulong's signature haircut! From looking at his relatively "unique" hairstyle this is the concluding review:

6/10 for the maintainability of his haircut

Hwang Mi Hee's long hairstyle

Known as Korea's Race Queen, Hwang Mi Hee is among the most glamorous Korean models. Her perfect symmetrical face shape makes her an ideal candidate for hair styling model.

Korean idol Eunjung's sexy hairdo

Ham Eun-jeong, also known as "Eunjung", is the leader of the popular South Korean girl group, "T-ara".
Eunjung is one of the few Korean idols that have a short hairstyle as her "signature". With a shorter haircut, Eunjung has a very unique sexy style. Along with her heart shaped face, she looks adorable when having her hair in a natural look without make up or special effects.
In t-ara's earlier album release, "Braking Heart", Eunjung retains her short hairstyle, but fixing up her fringes so that they are not thick and tight. But instead, her fringes only cover a small portion of her forehead. Otherwise, imagine having full bangs in such a sexy style.... It wouldn't work would it?
Now, back to Eunjung's usual style. She wears a short haircut even when not performing. I actually think it takes an effort to keep a shorter haircut for girls, since naturally most girls' hair becomes naturally thick and tangled up. So that means in order to maintain Eunjung's hairstyle one must trim it occasionally to retain that shape.
Eunjung looks extremely cute and adorable in shorter haircuts! With lighter hairstyle like Eunjung's, a girl can show off a different style; a more fashionable model look.
Clearly, Eunjung's photos are worth more than a million words.

Korean singer Hyomin Park

Born on May 30, 1989, Hyomin Park (Also known as Park Sun-Young), is a South Korean singer and actress; most notably known for her role in the popular girl group, T-ara.
Blessed with an oval shaped face, Hyomin retains her sparkling hairstyles that does magic for her on stage. Notice when most Korean idols perform on the stage, they appear to be "shining" on the stage. This is not due to their makeup or high heels, but most importantly their hairstyle.
Wow, the "Hyomin" hairstyle is characterized as long, thick hair. Also, check out that most of her hair length is fairly heavy, all the way below her shoulders. And her hair ends in a smooth, silky fashion.
Usually, it looks like Hyomin is fond of longer hair. But here, her blond hair color creates a whole different look. And her hairstyle this time is much trimmed, without any traces of bangs. But we all know, almost every Korean idol HAS to dye their hair blond once in a while.. right? In this fashion Hyomin reminds me of Jessica Jung.
Yeah, it looks like Hyomin is not a big fan of FULL BANGS like most newly debuted Korean idols. But wait...

Korean idol Hyuna Kim

Born on June 6, 1992, Kim "Hyun Ah" is one of the members of the popular Korean girl group, 4Minute.
Hyuna recently released a solo album, "Bubble Pop", which has gathered over 8 million views on youtube on the first week. Her recent look, along with her hairstyle, has brought herself a whole level of charisma. She looks so much more appealing and outstanding in her new long hair.
Notice how Hyuna is able to pull off almost any kind of hairstyle. As expected from a Korean idol, Hyuna has one of those oval shaped faces that most idols possess. Not only that, Hyuna's current hairstyle is towards mostly 3/4 covered fringes. That being said, Hyuna's most recent hairstyle pretty much gives an impression to fans that she has "graduated" from being a maknae of her girl group, "4 Minute". Now, her longer hairstyle can be described as mature and silky.
Where as this photo right here, is one of Hyuna's older photos, back when she didn't have her own "solo" album. Back then, she had full bangs, which is one of those popular but boring hairstyles that younger girls wear.
Isn't it great Hyuna is starting her own path? She is going towards the "mature sexy" side. =)

Korean singer Tiffany (SNSD)

Stephanie Hwang (Hwang Mi-young), also known as "Tiffany", is a member of the South Korean girl group "Girl's Generation".
As expected from an idol with an oval shaped face, Tiffany's facial balance and features allow her to handle almost any kind of hairstyle. Here, she demonstrates a heavy type of short hairstyle, with thick full bangs.
Now, Tiffany grows her hair to wear a longer haircut. This type of haircut looks very cute on her, especially the curled endings. Longer hairstyle gives Tiffany a "princess" look.

Kwon Yuri, also known as "Yuri", is another beautiful member of the Korean girl group, "Girl's Generation." (SNSD)
With an oval shaped face, Yuri is known for her usual long hair. But Yuri's version of "long hairstyle" is pretty similar to Yoona's, where the style is not too heavy or crazy. Instead, Yuri's hair style is very natural to the extent that it brings out her true beautiful face.
I love how Yuri does not have heavy bangs that cover her whole forehead. It's usually left in a 3/4 frame. That way one can notice her full features of her face. If the bangs covered so much portion of your forehead, then there is only so much facial impression you can show.
Yuri's hairstyle is pretty much long, medium thick, but curly at the ends. With this kind of hairstyle you can portray a "sexy" or "cute" look.
